What Data We Collect
Corddeck collects the following information to provide our service:
- •Email address — Used for account authentication via our trusted third-party infrastructure providers
- •Name — Your display name from Discord
- •Discord OAuth token — Temporary token for authenticating with Discord API
- •Discord message content — Messages from channels where the Corddeck bot has been explicitly invited by the server owner
- •Usage analytics — Anonymous usage data to improve our service
Data Collection & Storage
By default, Corddeck does not store any message content. Messages are streamed live in real-time and never saved to our database.
If you choose to enable feed history for a specific channel, message content will be stored in our secure encrypted database via trusted third-party infrastructure providers. You can delete all your stored data at any time from your account settings.
Data deletion is processed within 24 hours of request.
We always store: your account information, server and channel configurations (which servers and channels you choose to monitor).
We do NOT store: passwords, payment details (all payments are handled securely by our trusted third-party infrastructure providers), or any message content unless you explicitly enable history for that channel.
Data Retention
Message content is stored via trusted third-party infrastructure providers for display purposes only. Data is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your personal data and stored messages will be permanently removed.
Bot Data & Channel Access
Corddeck only reads messages from Discord channels where the Corddeck bot was explicitly invited by the server owner or administrator. We do not access any channels without proper authorization.

Corddeck uses trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate our service.
