By accessing and using Corddeck, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our service.
Description of Service
Corddeck is a web-based dashboard that allows users to monitor multiple Discord servers and channels in a unified interface. The Corddeck bot requires explicit server owner authorization before accessing any channels. We only read messages from servers where the bot has been invited and granted permissions by the server administrator.
User Eligibility & Responsibilities
To use Corddeck's bot features, you must be a Discord server owner or administrator with the authority to invite bots to your server. You are responsible for:
- •Ensuring you have permission to monitor the channels you add to Corddeck
- •Complying with your Discord server's rules and member expectations regarding monitoring
- •Maintaining the security of your Corddeck account
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Discord Terms
Your use of Corddeck must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Corddeck uses trusted third-party infrastructure providers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate Discord's Terms of Service.
Free Plan Limits
The Free plan is limited to a maximum of 3 Discord server columns. Users who need more columns can upgrade to the Pro plan for unlimited columns.
Beta Status & Uptime
Corddeck is currently in beta. During this period, we do not guarantee uptime or availability of the service. We may experience occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or improvements. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
Pro Subscriptions
Corddeck offers a Pro subscription plan with additional features. By purchasing a Pro subscription:
- •You agree to pay the subscription fees at the time of purchase
- •Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly until cancelled
- •You can cancel at any time through your account settings
- •Refunds are handled per Polar's refund policy
Intellectual Property
The Corddeck service, including its design, logos, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without our prior written consent.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you add to Corddeck, such as server configurations. By using our service, you grant us permission to use this content solely for providing the Corddeck service.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Corddeck to:
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Infringe upon the rights of others
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- •Use the service for any harmful or malicious purpose
- •Violate Discord's Terms of Service
Disclaimer of Warranties
Corddeck is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. During beta, the service may experience occasional downtime.
Limitation of Liability
Corddeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corddeck and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Corddeck after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of Discord's Terms of Service or these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
